Inspired from the 8 northeastern states of India, the cocktail menu features indigenous ingredients, locally sourced from each of these states.
From the roots of the Ficus Elastica tree, locally known as ‘Diengjri’, to the petite and tangy wild Apples, the cocktail menu sprawls across an array of meticulously sourced ingredients.
